Nakertrans and Energy Still Serves Jakartans Who Want to Apply for Jakarta Worker Card

Jakarta Transmigration and Energy (Nakertrans and Energy) Department continues to serve Jakartans who want to apply for Jakarta Worker Cards (KPJ) as new applicants or extend the KPJ validity during Work From Home (WFH) period in Jakarta via online.

Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Department Head, Andri Yansyah explained, in order to apply for new KPJ, applicants should prepare required documents, scan those documents, complete the account opening format, send the format, scan the document, and report submission.

"Required documents for applying KPJ are ID card (KTP), family card (KK), NPWP, salary slip, and original or copy of employment certificate from the company. Put together all the documents in one file in PDF format," he informed, Tuesday (3/24).

He explained, account opening format can be downloaded at the link bit.ly/formatkpj, fill the form, scan the printed document, and send it to email kartupekerja.dkijakarta@yahoo.com, cc : hikesja.nakertrans@jakarta.go.id, fill the subject with: pengajuankpj_company's name.

"Submit the application at link bit.ly/daftarkpj and complete the form," he stated.

According to him, procedure to extend KPJ is similar, but it requires documents such as KTP, KPJ, KK, NPWP, salary slip, and employment certificate from company.

Format to extend KPJ can be downloaded at link bit.ly/extendkpj, then fill the form, scan it, and submit it via email to kartupekerja.dkijakarta@yahoo.com, cc : hikesja.nakertrans@jakarta.go.id without the subject.
